I wanted to thank you for the Advanced Selling Skills course. At the time I was impressed as always with the depth and quality of the knowledge that Brian Tracy is able to present. However, I was a bit skeptical initially about the format of viewing DVD footage and working through exercises in the manual.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the 2 intensive days and actually found the process better than seeing him live. As we were able to stop, discuss and clarify points either myself or others didn't initially grasp.

However, like with any seminar the overload of information usually makes it difficult to retain the information received and then more difficult to impliment. This is where I got most out of the format present.

Firstly, the interactive exercises during the program forced me to think about my situation on the day, this meant I could apply apply them immediately back in the office.

Secondly, having the CD';s on "loop" in my car meant that I am now taking many more insights from the course over and over for the past 2 months, which means I am slowly but surely applying the principles. My slaes and number of leads are also showing marked improvement, which is of course the ultimate measure.
